Jason Antill

PRE Surveyors

Managing Director

Jason Antill studied Real Estate at Brookes University graduating in 2001 and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2004.

In 2008, he set up PRE, a national multidisciplinary commercial Chartered Surveying firm offering a wide range of expert specialist services.  Regulated by the RICS, PRE has offices in London, Croydon and most recently Bristol.

Now celebrating its 10th successful year, the company is looking to continue to grow in services and size without losing it's core values.

Jason became the Chairman of Oxford Brookes Real Estate Society (OBREMS) in January 2017 and is aiming to increase membership, continue to support the successful graduate bursaries along with charitable causes.

In 2018 Jason helped set up PropSail in association with PropSki which is now a permanent fixture in the property industry's event calendar.

A keen sailor, in November 2020 he is planning to sail across the Atlantic to the Caribbean.

Becks Harper

Rapleys

Investment Agency

Becks works at Rapleys in the investment team providing advice on the acquisition & disposal of assets across the UK. She identifies opportunities, highlights asset management potential and provides valuation & rental advice to clients, principally focusing on the automotive, out-of-town retail & alternative sectors.

Becks is a keen sailor, skier & mountain lover - always up for a challenge. She currently holds a Guinness World Record for playing the highest game of cricket ever played up Mount Kilimanjaro!

In 2017, Becks joined the PropSki committee and being the only member that also sailed, took on the role to help set up PropSail too!

Becks qualified as a Day Skipper some years ago, having been nominated as the designated friend to charter a boat in the Med for a group friend’s holiday. Luckily they all came back alive but sailing is often easier without tides, when you can drop anchor in the sun for lunch and see the ocean floor!!

Adam Thornton

5plus architects

Founding Director

Adam has attempted to sail round the Isle of Wight twice, and made it once! [Let’s not talk about 2016]. He started boat life in a 13ft Enterprise racing every weekend with his dad. These days it’s a bit of sailing, a bit of Skiing and a lot of half marathon running. There’s also a lot of architecting, as a founding director of 5plus architects. He has extensive practical experience in all sectors. His ability to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants and contracting teams contributes significantly to the successful delivery through all stages of the design process. A while back, Adam was the winner of the NW Insider Young Property Professional of the Year awards 2008.

Proven to be successful in managing the process of design development, Adam has ensured both the architectural design and commercial viability of a scheme are united. With a full understanding of the design process, Adam has worked on a variety of projects ranging from residential schemes of twenty units through to Masterplanning and urban regeneration schemes involving commercial, residential and retail space. More recently Adam has also gained expertise in the public sector, delivering expertise in the Education, Retail and Aviation specialisms within the business.
